This policy explains what information Maverin collects when you use maverin.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Engagement-specific data handling is covered separately in the data processing addendum (DPA) attached to your statement of work.

The site sets one strictly-necessary cookie:
NEXT_LOCALE — stores your language preference (English or French) so the site doesn't re-prompt on every visit. Set on first visit, expires after 1 year.Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights run without cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile (used to prevent spam on the contact form) sets a short-lived cookie scoped to challenges.cloudflare.com only during a verification challenge; it does not persist on maverin.com. No cookie consent banner is required because no non-strictly-necessary cookies are set on our origin.
The site is operated using a small set of providers, each scoped to a specific purpose:

Depending on where you live, you have rights to access, correct, and delete personal information we hold about you. Quebec residents have additional rights under Law 25, including the right to portability and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@maverin.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Contact-form submissions are retained for 24 months unless we have an active engagement conversation, in which case they are retained for the life of that engagement plus the contractual record-keeping period. Analytics records are aggregate and are retained indefinitely.
When we update this policy, the “Last updated” date at the top changes. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page for at least 30 days.
